Elaine Loibman, born and raised in South Florida, is an attorney at Gordon and Partners’ Broward office who practices both first and third party insurance litigation. Prior to becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2021, Elaine began her clerkship for the firm’s personal injury department in 2017. She carries an innate interest in diligently representing her clients and helping them receive the proper and just compensation they deserve. Elaine earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law Certification at Florida International University, and obtained her law degree, Cum Laude, at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While completing both degrees, Elaine gained valuable workforce experience by clerking for various law firms and judicial offices.
