A graduate of Florida A&M University, I have spent the last 20 years, advising and assisting employers, business partners, and clients in their entrepreneurial endeavors including business formation and expansion, clearing regulatory hurdles, and navigating various political arenas.

After graduating from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law, my ability to effectively serve clients greatly expanded. I’ve served as trusted counsel to individuals with personal legal matters and corporations with complex legal issues, guiding clients confidently through depositions, mediations, and trial, and helping them avoid troublesome legal pitfalls. I lead with transparency and act as a solid strategic partner.
